Holy Trinity Church www.allsaintsmatlock.org.uk Church Street DE4 5FE is built on a slight rise at the centre of the village of Tansley, a village of some 1000+ inhabitants which lies 2 miles to the east of the town of Matlock on the A615 at the southern tip of The Peak District National Park.
The parish of Tansley is a combined benefice with the parish of All Saints, Matlock Bank and is in the Deanery of Carsington and the Diocese of Derby serving the communities of Tansley, Riber and Lumsdale since 1840 and working in collaboration with the churches in Matlock and Darley Dale.
